ISO 9001 (QMS) + ISO 14001 (EMS) on every audited factory, with country-specific certificates handled for GCC (SASO/GSO 2489), Australia, ASEAN TISI/SNI, and Japan SG.

Packaging, Shipping & Lead Times

• Pilates reformers: export-grade fumigated wooden crates, internal foam bracing for carriage rails, moisture wrapping, spring tension protection, wood-frame corner guards
• Standard strength/cardio: heavy-duty double-wall cardboard with EPS foam inserts, wooden pallets (heavy machines), plastic upholstery wrap, metal-frame corner protectors
• Incoterms: FOB Qingdao / Ningbo (you control freight) OR CIF destination OR door-to-door DDP convenience
• Lead times: in-stock 3–7 days; standard 15–30; custom/Pilates 30–45; large volume 45–60. (Allow +2–3 weeks CNY, +1–2 weeks Golden Week Oct.)
